Houston passing

  • Starting lineup:
    • 1 group at the level of the left forward
    • 1 group at the level of the right forward
    • 1 ball
  • Progression:
    • Player 2 runs to the middle of the free throw line
    • Player 2 runs to the top of the bucket
    • Player 1 passes to player 2
    • Player 1 runs to the middle of the free throw line
    • Player 1 runs to the top of the bucket
    • Player 1 receives the pass
    • Passing to the other side
  • Progression:
    • 30 passes in 60 seconds
    • 40 passes in 60 seconds
  • Regression:
    • No pass count
