Suitable for the following techniques:
attack
Giving pressure and rounding
All players divide into the corners and buildup positions.
There are 2 defenders, 1x LO and 1x RO. They defend first passively and later actively.
The left builder:
Plays the ball to the corner.
Starts in and gets it played back.
Plays through to the middle at pace.
Runs diagonally back to the sideline.
Starts in and makes a passing move past the defender.
The same happens on the right side.
The left builds up:
Plays to the corner.
Gets it back and plays through to the middle.
Middle starts up as does the builder.
Corner starts in and gets the ball (with or without bounce).
Defender defends passively.
Corner tries to pass.
Same on the other side.
The left builder:
Plays ball to the middle.
Gets it back and plays to the corner.
Corner starts putting pressure and so does the builder.
Middle finishes by jump shot or passing move.
Defender is active right away. If ball goes through LO, LO defender is active, and vice versa.
