Basics: how does the bowl work?
4 defenders in the bowl -build up-, 2 midfielders, 3 strikers.
From the bowl play around without pressure.
With pressure: 3 defenders - opponents and goalkeeper in the circle.
The 2 midfielders offer themselves from the axis to the back where the ball goes.
Not being played on is to the line and back to the axis. Not passing to the long passing line.
