Block 3 exercise 2 1 v 1 on target

  • A starts with the ball and gives a targeted ball to B 
  • A runs to the box and starts defending
  • B takes the ball and accelerates to pass defender A 
  • Other side the same 
  • Tips for attackers:
    • Maintain your speed 
    • Have already thought about what you want to do in advance
  • Tips for defenders:
    • Axis must be tight
    • Use the jab to push your opponent to the outside
    • Stand in an active stance.
