Korfball drill: warming up

Suitable for the following techniques: running in shot , shoot , condition

Warming up

  • For the example, I assume 6 / 7 players.
  • On a line the length of the field there are 3 poles spaced about 7 meters apart.
  • At each pole stands 1 player with ball.
  1. First the remaining players walk past all the posts and take a through ball everywhere.
  2. Repeat this 3 times and then switch positions.
  3. The next round are dodge balls to the left.
  4. The next round dodge balls to the right.
