Tennis drill: footwork side shuffle
Suitable for the following techniques:
warming-up
Footwork side shuffle
Have the players line up behind the baseline.
Have the players do side shuffles one at a time, between the sidelines, toward the net.
Arriving at the net, they jog past the net, between the side lines on the other side and back along the baseline to rejoin the line.
Repeat the exercise a few times.
