Repetitions:
Do a total of 5 sets of 10 balls.
IMPLEMENTATION
Trainer hits ball against BodyBoard (or other board that can act as a block)
Player defend this ball.
Trainer pokes a ball over the bodyboard every x number of balls. This must also be defended!
Practise on all block positions and defensive positions behind the block.
Ball defended, push it back into the trainer's hand.
