Volleyball drill: warming up at speed with pass.
Suitable for the following techniques:
warming-up
Warming up at speed with pass.
All players on 1 side.
1 catcher on 2/3.
The rest on the 3 yards. Right and then left.
Exercise:
Player sprints around the pawn.
Once player is around the pawn TR throws the ball up. Pass to 2/3 catcher.
Extension:
1 solid SV at 2/3.
Player sprints around the pawn.
As soon as the player is around the pawn TR throws the ball up. Pass to SV and attack own ball at 52.
Note: if unable to attack well then ready an attacker at 52 and the passer becomes attacker.
