Basketball drill: 2 sides, reverse lay-up
2 sides, reverse lay-up
- Setup:
- 2 groups
- At 45 degrees
- Everyone a ball
- Start dribble toward corner of bucket, do reverse, then lay-up
- Speed change
- If you are on the left, dribble in with the right, then finish on the left.
- If standing on right, dribble in with left, then finish right.

- Cross-over
- Through the legs
