Houston passing
- Starting lineup:
- 1 group at the level of the left forward
- 1 group at the level of the right forward
- 1 ball
- Progression:
- Player 2 runs to the middle of the free throw line
- Player 2 runs to the top of the bucket
- Player 1 passes to player 2
- Player 1 runs to the middle of the free throw line
- Player 1 runs to the top of the bucket
- Player 1 receives the pass
- Passing to the other side
- Progression:
- 30 passes in 60 seconds
- 40 passes in 60 seconds
- Regression:
- No pass count
