- Balance on one foot, with ball in hand touch ground, get back up and take shot (free throw line)
- Face away from basket, jump 180 and take shot (mid range)
- Take shot without jumping (mid range)
- Face away from basket, jump 180 and take shot (mid range)
- Take shot without jumping (mid range)
