Tennis drill: lateral movement bh (with racket)

Suitable for the following techniques:

Lateral movement BH (with racket)

  • The player starts at the starting cone. 
    • As soon as possible he moves to the other cones and plays the BH. 
    • Cross over move back to the starting cone
  • Footwork: L-R-L for BH (right-handed)
