Tennis drill: lines run

Suitable for the following techniques:

Lines Run

  • Walk forward along the line, left foot to the right of the line, right foot to the left of the line.
  • Repeat backwards.
  • Sideways, 2 passes in front of the line, 1 pass behind.
  • Sideways, 2 passes in front of the line, 2 behind.
