Suitable for the following techniques:
Lines Run
- Walk forward along the line, left foot to the right of the line, right foot to the left of the line.
- Repeat backwards.
- Sideways, 2 passes in front of the line, 1 pass behind.
- Sideways, 2 passes in front of the line, 2 behind.
