Tennis drill: warming up
Suitable for the following techniques:
Warming up
- 2 laps run in
- Run through each other.
- There are jars on the other side of the field.
- When the trainer claps then the players must walk to the potty and perform an exercise; such as planks, push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks, and so on.
