- 4 step run-up, with hand clapping from trainer.
- Now with small, small, big, axe.
- Small, small, jump, add.
- Slow, slow, fast, fast, explosive.
- Arm movement with it.
- Torso forward.
- Jump in.
- Add arm movement and turn torso.
