Attack exercise battle against the wall
Everyone works against wall with tennis ball and then volleyball.
- Throw tennis ball against wall and catch back 10 x.
- Throw tennis ball up and hit against wall 10 x.
- Volleyball hit against wall and catch 10 x.
- Volleyball hit against wall and keep hitting 10 x.
- Volleyball hit against wall and play OH up and hit back 10 x.
- Volleyball hitting against wall and playing BH up and hitting back 10 x.
- Volleyball hitting against wall alternating OH and BH play and hitting back 10 x.
