Volleyball drill: reflex

Suitable for the following techniques: defense passing

Reflex

  • Player is facing the wall.
  • Trainer calls and throws ball from the 3-meter line.
  • Player turns and plays the ball
  • First the ball may still be caught, then more difficult and finally passed underarm / overhead.
  • Always change and connect behind.
  • Possibly divide group into 2 teams (if help trainer is present).
