Basketball drills
- Setup:
- 4 against 4.
- 1 player with disadvantage standing behind the player with ball.
- Playing 4 against 4
- Important to pass well
- Starting lineup:
- Use a whole court
- 2 players stand right on the center line ready to do lay-up
- 2 players stand on the left center line ready to do lay-up
- 3 players stand on the right sideline, level with the free throw line
- 3 players stand to the left on the sideline, level with the free throw line
- Progression:
- Players at the center line start their lay-up
- After the lay-up they take their own rebound and give an outlet pass to the waiting player on the sideline
- Then they join the sideline, at the level of the free throw line
- Progression:
- Change of direction at the level of the three-point line
- After the layup, stay on defense
- Regression:
- Taking shot instead of layup
- Setup

- Maximum of 3 dribbles
- Variant 1: pass with 2 hands to left/right hand
- Variant 2: defense with ball between 2 hands
- Variant 3: defense with 1 hand behind the back and hand-off

- Playing 3 against 2
- Shotter returns to defense
- Setup:
- 1-on-1
- Starting at the free throw line
- A goal must be scored within 5 seconds
- Other players can take a few shots in the meantime
- 2 attacking players with both a ball
- Start simultaneously on the end line
- Dribble around a cone on the center line
- Then go through a gate of 2 cones at the level of the free-throw line to score first
- Those who miss must go through the gate again
- When they have scored, they pass the ball to the next teammate
- The first team to score with all its players wins
- 5 defensive players along the sideline
- Each defender stands in a hoop and may not come out of it
- The other players are attackers
- Attackers try to get past the 5 defenders
- Attackers use fakes and hand switches
- Defenders try to stop the attackers without error
- Defenders are not allowed to come out of their box
- After the last defender, the attacker makes a lay-up
- Optionally, the game can be played in 2 teams
- Teams can alternate and try to make as many successful lay-ups as possible within a given time

- Ball in the middle
- Coach stands in the middle
- Players pass to center line and pass to coach
- Coach passes to 1 of the 2 outside players
- Play 2 against 1

- Group left

- Lay-up
- Lay-under
- Lay-under 1 hand
- Power lay-up
- Reverse lay-up
- Lay-up with jump stop and shot short distance
- Lay-up with pass, pass, defense

- Coach counts down
- Teams play against each other and try to score in time
- Setup
- 2 groups on the forward
- Coach misses a free throw.
- 2 players fight for the rebound.
- Player who scores gets 1 point.

- 1 offence elbow, 1 defense baseline
- Coach passes to 1 of 2 players in offence.
- Player shot.
- Defense does close out.
- Defense does boxing out.
- Intention is to take rebound.
- Offense becomes defense.
