- Setup:

- At the level of the free throw line
- First a v-cut, then get ball.
- Pivot and shot.
- Own rebound.
- Connect on the other side.
- Careful with pivoting on right foot.
- Passing with right or left hand, depends on side.
- 20 scores.
- Variations:
- Pivot and dribble to goal, lay-up
- Straight to goal driven
- Pivot and dribble to goal, jump stop
- Reverse pivot and lay-up

- Setup:
- 4-on-4
- Between center line and end line
- No dribbling
- No holding the ball overhead
- Passes only
- Score when you cross the center line or end line
- Intention is to run free
- Moving without the ball
- Make decisions with the ball

- 2 groups at baseline level
- 2 players center baseline
- Coach throws ball (or collide or roll)
- 2 players fight for ball and play 1-on-1
- Defense must be between ball and goal

- 2 groups at center line level
- 2 players look towards goal (stutter)
- Coach throws ball towards goal
- 2 players fight for the ball and play 1 on 1
- Defense must be between ball and goal

- 2 groups at the level of the free throw line
- 2 players top of the bucket
- Coach throws ball (or collide or roll)
- 2 players fight for the ball and play 1-on-1
- Defense must be between ball and goal

- Power lay-up
- Reverse lay-up
- Lay-up with jump stop and shot (short distance)
- Lay-up with pass, pass, defense

- Setup:
- 3 groups
- Top, down left, down right
- Top passes to right, player already running to next spots
- Player receiving ball passes to next -who is also already running.
- Important to pass in front of the player.
- Important to pass with right hand and left as we turn.
- 30 successful passes.
- Setup:
- Per 2 facing each other
- Use width of field
- Dribble 1 against 1 between the lines
- Swap every time
- Setup:
- Standing per 2 on top of each other
- Chest pass
- Bone pass
- Right pass with 1 hand, step around push pass.
- Left pass
- Overhead pass
- Variations:
- Defender between the 2.
- If pass wrong, passer becomes defender.
- Setup:
- All players 1 ball
- In the three-point line
- Everyone is ticker with ball
- Tapping the ball
- Whoever loses ball is out
- When the group gets smaller make the circle smaller
- Setup:
- 1 defender under each goal
- 2 groups at the center line
- 1 against 1 on each side of the field
- Defense stays standing when scoring
- To score first 10 times
- Variations:
- Right and left
- Setup:
- Everyone baseline
- 3 defenders
- 1 defender near free throw line
- 1 defender at center line
- 1 defender near the free throw line
- Defense stays on their line, may deviate a bit
- Players dribble across
- Whoever loses the ball becomes a defender
- Group of defenders gets bigger and bigger
