Gym class drills

  • You're playing tag. There are a number of poles in the hall.
  • At least 2 less than the number of children. If you hold a pole, you cannot be tagged.
  • You can hold a pole for 3 seconds.
  • If a second person comes to the pole, the first person must let go of the pole.
  • The children sit in pairs on the floor.
  • One child is the ticker, another child has no place and runs around.
  • If the running child sits down next to someone, the child sitting on the other side becomes the ticking object.
  • There is one ticker. The aim of the game is that the catcher is going to catch all the runners.
  • When a runner is tagged, he/she has to stand with his/her legs apart on the spot where he/she was tagged.
  • A token can be freed again if another token passes through his/her legs from behind.
  • During this liberation action, both runners can be tapped.
  • Players stand in a circle with a ball each
  • In the middle lies a ball. (large ball)
  • Try to hit the ball.
  • You may keep the ball in the circle using your feet

  • Place a flag in the middle of a circle.
  • Provide the circle with pawns spaced every 75-100 cm, depending on the level of the player/players.

  • Next exercise :
    • Zig-Zag (left to right) between the cones,
    • Run sideways outside, and make rainbows (knee up) with the left foot over every cone
    • Run sideways (inside) and make rainbows (knee up) over each cone (with right foot);
    • Short dribble with the feet forwards and backwards between the cones, but keep on turning.


  • Play this game on 1/3 or half the room.
  • Choose 2 tokens who will receive a ribbon.
  • The taggers must try to throw the tokens off with the goalcha or foam ball.
  • They are not allowed to run with the ball
  • At the side of the field are 5 pylons
  • When a token is thrown he/she has to put a pylon on his/her side
  • He/she continues to participate in the game
  • When all pawns are knocked down, the taggers win and 2 new taggers are chosen.
  • If after 5 minutes of play the pawns are still not knocked over, the tokens win and 2 new taggers are chosen

Circulation warm-up

  • This consists of a loose walk-in for 5 to 10 minutes with various light movements for arms, legs and torso.
  • By doing this you actively bring the function of the heart, lungs, nervous system and muscular system to a higher level than the resting level.

  • Start and finish line, caps are scattered around the field.
  • The number of caps is the number of players in the team x 2.
  • Caps are brought to the end line one by one, the team that finishes first wins.

Do you want to get in shape? You can, but you need a few things for it.

  • What do you need?
    • Pawns
    • Soccer
    • Clothes you can work out in
    • Stairs
  • First of all, it's important that you warm up well before you start working on your fitness!
  • What do you need to do?
    • Run 2 cones to the front 1 to the back and repeat this every time.
      • Do that twice
    • Take the ball and run with it in 5 circles.
      • This will give you ball control and also ensure that you have worked on your fitness for a while.
    • You can also do exercises for your condition inside by running 5 times up and down the stairs.
  • Of course you can give your own twist to how you want to do it, but I find these are the nicest and most fun ways to improve.
  • Don't try to run fast the first day without stopping, do it in steps!
  • There is one scapegoat without the ball and two players without the ball.
  • The ball is thrown over in a good position, who has the ball can be tapped without the ball.
  • The ball may be held for a maximum of ten seconds.
  • If the ticker has intercepted a ball, then that ball goes out of the game.

The game is played with at least 4 players

  • 1 mouse who has a t-shirt or piece of cloth in the back of his trousers
  • 1 dog who has a tennis ball
  • 2 cats without attribute


  • the mouse runs around with the dog,
  • the cats try to grab the tail of the mouse and bring it to their cone
  • But the dog can tap the cat with the tennis ball and it will do a punishment of its choice in the camp.
  • If there are more players a group can be created and 2 games can be played together.
