Each player is given a mat. The mats are about 12 to 16 meters apart.
  • On cue from the trainer, the defending side runs around its own mat, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to take the ball off the mat.
  • At the trainer's signal, the defending side does a backward head roll, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
  • At the trainer's signal, the defensive side does 2 push-ups, the offensive side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
  • At the trainer's signal, the defensive side runs a lap backwards around the mat, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
After each time, you switch between offense and defense. The defense uses the handball rules.
drawing Matbal
  • Choose 1 ticker
  • Choose 1 person to run away
  • The remaining players form a train with their hands on each other's shoulders
  • The train may hinder the ticker
  • The ticker tries to tag the runner as fast as possible
drawing Tag with train
  • You make 9 compartments with hats
  • Divide the group into 2 teams
  • Each team gets 3 vests
  • Each team tries to make 3 in a row
  • When all the hats are down, the next player can move 1 hat at a time

  • Each team defends the sideline.
  • As a team, try to reach the sideline -back line- and put the ball on the ground.
  • You may only throw the ball sideways or backwards.
  • The defense may defend as in rugby, but may not tackle.
Variations:
  • The ball must be passed at least 5 times.
  • The ball must go across in 6 times. No more, no less.
drawing Rugby
  • The attackers must move from one side of the field to the other to reach the pawns.
  • The trainer throws the ball into the field.
  • One of the two players has the ball and goes to attack, while the other goes to defend.
drawing 1 vs.
  • Minigoal with pawn in the middle or corners
  • Each player a ball
  • Flat markers on the ground: 0-pass - left - right - left

  • Player stands slightly in front of the markers
  • Throws ball to trainer
  • Player jumps 0-pass and catches ball -eventually at the same time
  • Then run and shoot at goal
Explanation quick middle-out:
  • Only 1 player with ball needs to be on the center line, the goalkeeper can already blow the whistle.
  • 2 teams, 2 goalkeepers in 1 goal area, so 2 stations.
  • 2 defenders - 2 attackers.
Version 1: quick middle-out
  • Keeper gets shot at goal, how does the defending side then get the ball to the center line as fast as possible with the foot, before the opposing team has run across the center line.
Version 2: ball possession
  • Goalkeeper gets grab ball. How does the defending side get the ball across the center line as quickly as possible while the opposing team is allowed to defend?
  • Points of attention:
    • Goalkeeper may run with ball in circle, and outside circle as field player -do not run with ball out of circle.
    • Connectability field players.
Shooting game where they get to take a card when they have scored. Each playing card shows a "color," clubs, spades, hearts or diamonds. Each color represents a fitness exercise.

Hearts: Push-ups, Spades: Squat, Clubs: Burpee, Diamonds: Lunges.

Once they have picked a card, they must first perform the corresponding exercise, they do this the number the card indicates. For example, Hearts 4 = 4 push-ups. Then they may continue shooting again. Group with the most cards, has won.
