Handball drills for technique attack / offense
- MO plays pass to starting RO
- RO puts pressure to the left, MO sets up a change with LO without the ball (this will probably cause MV to follow MO, CS goes past the circle to pressure UL (this will probably cause MA to follow CS), RO plays pass to starting LO
- LO uses the space created and finishes off
- LO plays pass to starting RO
- RO initiates position change with RH and plays sideways pass to starting RH
- RH puts pressure between UL and HL and plays pass to CS-l starting in front
- CS-l completes
- LO plays pass to MO
- MO puts pressure between MA and UL, making MV likely to follow MO, MO plays pass to RO
- RO plays long pass to starting LO
- LO puts pressure on MA, but plays counter pass to starting LH, RO starts in for pressure between UR and HL, CS starts through to set up barrage on outside of UR
- LH goes further into the corner and plays pass to starting RO
- RO finishes
- LH puts pressure on HR and plays pass to in starting LO
- LO puts pressure on UR and plays pass to in starting MO
- MO puts pressure on MA-r and plays pass to in starting RO, CS puts bar on MA-l, MO makes directional change to the right
- RO puts pressure between UL and HL and plays pass to in starting MO
- MO completes
- LO starts with ball in towards the middle and plays backward pass to backward starting MO
- MO puts pressure on HR and plays pass to backward starting LH, LO starts further in
- LH plays pass to away starting LH, CS puts pressure on MA-l, RO puts pressure between UL and HL
- LO uses the created space and finishes.
- RO plays pass to MO
- MO starts to the right, which makes MO draw the attention of the defence for a moment, plays a pass to LO who starts and changes position with RO
- LO puts pressure right on UR, threatens with a shot and starts in to the right in front of the defence and plays pass to S, who has started around MA to the circle
- CS finishes from the circle
- MO puts pressure between MA-r and UR and plays pass to in starting LO
- LO puts pressure between UR and HR, LH starts in behind HR, LO plays pass to in starting LH
- LH finishes
- RO plays pass to MO
- MO puts pressure on UR, LH, who has "man" cover, starts in, causing UR to follow LH, this will cause UR to be blocked by the own HR, LO starts in behind LH and MO plays pass to the starting LO
- LO completes
- RO puts pressure between MA-l and UL, making MA-l likely to go to RO, LH puts barrage on "man" covering UR, RO plays pass to in starting MO, CS comes around MA-r and puts barrage on MA-r
- MO starts in between MA-r and HR and finishes. Or : LO starts in behind the sparring LH, as HR is likely to go to MO to defend. If MA-r's blocker is not successful, MO plays a pass to LO who is starting on the outside.

- RO puts pressure right next to MA's and plays pass to RH, at the same time MO puts barrage on UR and starts LO through the middle (This creates space for the in starting LO)
- RH plays pass to starting LO
