- You calmly roll/bounce the ball to the goal side. Throw the ball in such a way that the players can still catch it!
- After you have thrown or rolled the ball, the players on the sides of the field must first slide across the center line toward you. From the post in the middle they may only start running towards the ball.
- If you score, your team has a point; the first to 10 points wins!
- If 1 person is left, have the person catch the balls and always pass them to you.
- Offset from position.
- Ball to 1 of the builders; only to corner/circle if they are completely free and can score goal.
- Circle to the non-ball side.

Each player is given a mat. The mats are about 12 to 16 meters apart.
- On cue from the trainer, the defending side runs around its own mat, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to take the ball off the mat.
- At the trainer's signal, the defending side does a backward head roll, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
- At the trainer's signal, the defensive side does 2 push-ups, the offensive side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
- At the trainer's signal, the defensive side runs a lap backwards around the mat, the attacking side sprints to the mat and tries to grab the ball.
After each time, you switch between offense and defense. The defense uses the handball rules.
- Choose 1 ticker
- Choose 1 person to run away
- The remaining players form a train with their hands on each other's shoulders
- The train may hinder the ticker
- The ticker tries to tag the runner as fast as possible

- Make 2 equal teams that will relay against each other
- Make it harder by placing obstacles
- Create 2 teams.
- Each team defends the sideline.
- As a team, try to reach the sideline -back line- and put the ball on the ground.
- You may only throw the ball sideways or backwards.
- The defense may defend as in rugby, but may not tackle.
Variations:
- The ball must be passed at least 5 times.
- The ball must go across in 6 times. No more, no less.
- All players divide into the corners and buildup positions.
- There are 2 defenders, 1x LO and 1x RO. They defend first passively and later actively.
- The left builder:
- Plays the ball to the corner.
- Starts in and gets it played back.
- Plays through to the middle at pace.
- Runs diagonally back to the sideline.
- Starts in and makes a passing move past the defender.
- The same happens on the right side.
- The left builds up:
- Plays to the corner.
- Gets it back and plays through to the middle.
- Middle starts up as does the builder.
- Corner starts in and gets the ball (with or without bounce).
- Defender defends passively.
- Corner tries to pass.
- Same on the other side.
- The left builder:
- Plays ball to the middle.
- Gets it back and plays to the corner.
- Corner starts putting pressure and so does the builder.
- Middle finishes by jump shot or passing move.
- Defender is active right away. If ball goes through LO, LO defender is active, and vice versa.
