Hockey drills
- Red plays with a directed push to White
- White takes the ball open and plays the ball with a push to Blue
- Blue drifts to left side of pawn row, makes a drag from left to right, accelerates and finishes on goal.
- A pushes the ball to B
- B takes the ball closed, then B turns open to his forehand and pushes the ball to C
- A continues after the pass to position B, B continues after the pass to C
Course with:
- drag (fetching ball from left to right)
- slalom
- v-drag (exit left, retrieve accelerate over right)
- dummy
finish with a shot on target
Exercise:
- Start at the top left with the ball
- Play through the bar to the person on the bottom left
- Who plays the ball to the bottom right
- Who plays the ball to the top right
- The person from the top left runs on to the head circle and rounds off
Attention: passing and keeping the ball low
You must try to cross each other's line.

- You may not pass the ball forward, only backward
- You are allowed to drive the ball forward
- Player 1 shoots at goals.
- When player 1 has shot, player 2 goes to try to score in the goaltending area.
- Player 1 must run Diversion.
Organization:
- Set up the exercise as shown in the picture.
Execution:
- Player 1 plays the ball to player 2.
- Player 2 plays the ball to player 3.
- Player 2 runs wide.
- Takes the ball, runs into the circle and shoots at goal (left on the backhand, right on the forehand).
- Turn through, chasing the ball.
- 2 defenders not allowed out of the box.
- The attackers must try to get through the box to score.
- Overplaying past the pawns.
- When the players reach the last pawn, the last player runs around the pawn.
- And this last one is going to attack.
- The defender tries to defend it out.
- A drives with the ball to the gate and plays the ball to B
- A meanwhile runs in the triangle first backwards and then forwards
- B passes the ball in the run to C
- C and A play 1 on 1
- It's Red against Blue.
- Red tries to take the ball away.
- Blue plays it around and stays in box.
- You must keep moving in the box so you can get to the ball each time.
- If the ball is taken away, you must switch with the person who took it away.
- The back line always takes the ball out.
- Before the center line on own side always takes back line out.
- after the center line always middle line.
