Warm up three exercises
Exercise 1: Overplay
Exercise 2: Run and play.
Exercise 3: Run to the left and play.

- Two players face each other, both near the bar with 1 ball.
- They play the ball to each other on the forehand.
Note:
- They must keep the stick low when attacking the ball and the ball must be pushed.

Exercise 2: Run and play.
- Groups of 3 or 4 players.
- 2 players on one side of the bar with ball, the others on the opposite side.
- One player with ball starts walking to the other side.
- Halfway, the player passes the ball to a player on the other side.
- That player takes the ball and now runs to the middle himself and then passes the ball on.
- Once the ball is played, the player continues to run across to the other side.
Note:
- They must keep the stick low when taking the ball.
- Left elbow forward as you run with the ball.
- Walk in when the ball is played to you.

Exercise 3: Run to the left and play.
- Groups of 3 or 4 players.
- 2 players on one side of the bar with ball, the others on the opposite side.
- Same as exercise 2 but now the player does not run straight ahead with the ball but in an arc to the left and then plays the ball.
- When the ball is played, the player continues walking to the other side.
Attention:
- Stick low when taking the ball.
- Ball stays to the right of the player as he/she runs the arch to the left.
- Walk in when the ball is played to.
- Stick low when taking the ball.
- Ball stays to the right of the player as he/she runs the arch to the left.
- Walk in when the ball is played to.

- Piece float.
- Indian dribble.
- Forehand - then take backhand ball - red-.
- Backhand - then take backhand ball - blue-.
- Expand to relay and switch sides.

Put out as many times as there are players:
- Each player has their own pawn.
- They play 1-1 with the person opposite them.
- The ball is in the middle.
- At the whistle, they start trying to tap the other person's pawn.
- After a certain time, blow the whistle.
- Player who won moves one space to the right on the loser 1 to the left.
- In case of a tie; stone paper scissors.

With 3 players run up, pass and finish.
- Blue passes to red, runs after ball and connects behind red.
- Red passes to white, runs after ball and connects behind white.
- White passes to blue, runs behind ball and connects behind blue.
- And so on.
- The one with the ball on the edge of the circle rounds off.

- At trainer's signal, both players start sprinting.
- Blue must run around first pawn and Red runs straight through to tap Blue.
- Red becomes Blue and flips over.
- Player RED comes out of the square and offers himself to player BLUE.
- BLUE passes to RED as he offers himself.
- Player WHITE pressures RED so it has to accept closed and plays back to BLUE (guard).
- Player RED makes an acceleration to the left or right next to the square.
- Player BLUE passes the ball to player RED looking carefully where RED asks for the ball (forehand or backhand).
- RED takes the ball open and penetrates the circle to finish on goal.
- TURN TO THE OTHER SIDE.
- RED JOINS AT STARTING POINT / BLUE JOINS IN THE SQUARE.

- There are 4 pawns in a diamond, and 1 in the middle.
- The balls start at 2 pawns opposite each other.
- Then walk to the center and pass it to the right.

- You put in the middle 2 cones one meter apart.

- Player 1 plays the ball to the 2 cones.

- Make a square adjust the size according to the amount of players who are participating
- Put someone on each side, opposite side is on the same team.
