Korfball drills for technique condition / strength
Work with 2- or 3-person teams:
- The second player starts when the first is at the second speed ladder.
- With 3-pairs, there is always a rest until the third is at the 2nd speed ladder.
- 2 speed ladders are 10 meters apart.
Exercise:
- You go left sideways through the speed ladder, knees up.
- Then you sprint to the other speed ladder.
- There you go right sideways through it, knees up.
- Slowly backward back to the starting point.
- Everyone does this 5x.
The other players take swerve balls until it's their turn.
- Make 2-person teams
- 1 player is shooter and the other player stands under the basket to trap.
- They shoot 2 times and then switch.
- When the shooter scores, they may take a cap from the middle.
- When the caps in the middle run out, the player may take them from the other 2-times.
- Whoever has the most caps at the end has won.

- 1 bank & one-against-all
- 2-4 gangs of thieves
- 1-2 guards.
Game consists of 4 rounds of play:
Game Round 1:
Game Round 1:
- Thief - attacker: per post only 1 active & 1 gold piece at a time try to steal from bank.
- Collect in own vault -hoop-.
- Guard - defender- may only defend outside the bank.
- If the thief is caught so tapped, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
- Which team was able to steal most gold pieces?
Game Round 2:
- Divide gold pieces equally among the thieves.
- Thieves: safely move your gold pieces 1-for-1 to other safe -from one hoop to another.
- Thief -attacker: walk around your cone without the guard catching you.
- Agent -defender: in this case may only defend inside the bank.
- If the thief is caught -attacked, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
- Which team was able to transfer most gold pieces safely?
Game Round 3:
- Thieves: for x time, steal as many gold pieces as possible from other safe.
- Thief -attacker: mandatory back & forth through bank = watch for guard inside bank.
- Guard may only defend inside bank.
- If the thief is caught so tapped, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
Game round 4:
Same as game round 3, but with double guard 1 guard outside & 1 guard inside the bank.

Lines game (10 min)
- Not in time = score on the basket and then back again
- Shooting sitting down or on your knees (10 min)
- Parkourt game (15 min)
- Beginning hopscotch slalom
- Kick
- Through the hoop
- Skate jumps from left to right
- Score a goal
- If you score step back at flaps (10 min)
- Throw over to the other side (5 min)
- Ball may not fall then play again
- Play 2 separate games or 1 to see how many children there are (15 min)

- 2x hopping (swinging arms).
- 2x knee lifts (up to the half).
- 2x heels buttocks (up to half).
- 1x sideways left.
- 1x sideways right.
- 1x cross step (switching sides at half).
- 3x run (speed up a bit each time).
- The coach picks up as many balls as children.
- As soon as the name is called, a ball goes into the field and the person has to fetch it.
- The key is to keep the ball in and take good care of fitness.
- Offender stands under the post.
- Attacker at 8 meters in front of the post runs to the left.
- Receives ball on outside hand.
- Immediately plays in with outer hand.
- Then goes to the right.
- Repeat the same thing.
- On the 5th back and forth, attacker goes inside.
- For a DLB or short chance in front of or behind the basket.
- 1 player stands under the basket.
- The other player stands approximately 3/ 4 meters in front of the basket.
- The player moves to the right and receives the ball on the outside hand.
- Quickly stands up properly for the shot and shoots from a balance, this must be quick.
- In the beginning this exercise still on two legs.
- After the ball is caught, the player moves to the left and everything repeats itself.
- Maximum of 5 shots per person and then switch.
In this exercise it is hugely important;
- That the rebounder also continuously drops the ball quickly because 1 attacker starts at 6 or 7 meters with a dodge ball and immediately comes in for the through ball.
- Then a shot behind the post and then a shot to the side.
- The player goes down the speed ladder from the left side to the center. There the ball is ready on the ground,
- This ball is played inside and then the person who ran the ladder runs around the ladder and cuts inside with speed.
- The speed ladder is approximately 7 meters diagonally in front of the basket, on the left side.
- The player runs the speed ladder sideways facing the basket, gets the ball at the end, rebounds it and deflects for a shot.
Of course, this exercise can also be performed at the back or another side.
