Korfball drills for technique passing / attack
- Players stand next to each other.
- The ball is thrown to player 2 and player 1 runs after it until halfway and inside.
- Player 2 throws the ball at the moment he/she thinks the other player can make a good run through.
- Player 1 finishes it.
- Bottle football only throwing.
- For each player there is one bottle filled with water.
- You choose a teammate against whom you want to play and so put the two bottles opposite each other with a few meters distance. (The further apart they are, the more difficult).
- You try to knock over your opponent's bottle.
- If you succeed, your opponent must first take the ball and only then can you put the bottle back up.
- You win if your opponent's bottle is empty.
- Make two rows at 10 metres opposite each other and about 3 metres apart.
- The players face each other one by one.
- Face each other with both hands and do not drop the ball.
- Make a series as high as possible in 1 minute.
- Play with the outer hand on the outer hand of your opponent, with one hand throw and catch (right), make a series as high as possible without dropping the ball.
- Play with the outside hand on the outside hand of your opponent, with one hand throw and catch (left), make a series as high as possible without dropping the ball.
- Run into each other, jump and catch and throw the ball in the air with two hands.

- Face each other with both hands and do not drop the ball.

- Blue sprints aside from the post and gets the ball from red.
- Red sprints to the post to take the catch.
- White comes to the spot of red, gets the ball and shoots.
- Red catches and gives the ball to white and sprints out sideways.
- Red gets the ball and white sprints to the post to intercept, blue takes a shot in front of the basket.
Rules
- We play in excess for attack.
- Per 3 or 5 on a pole. (When there are enough exercises, 7 or 8 on a pole is also possible).
- The goal is not to stay in the same place, so move around a lot and get in shooting position as much as possible.
- Use all the space around the basket.
Task 1:
- Player 1 is the attacker, player 2 and 3 stand around the basket.
- Player 1 plays player 2, and goes out.
- Player 2 passes the ball on to player 3 who shoots.
- Player 2 cuts in to catch the ball.
- After catching, you again play to the shooter, who in turn plays to the next one to get a shot, etc.
Task 2:
- All players stand around the basket and start playing.
- Move after passing.
Task 3:
- All players stand around the basket and start playing.
- Move after passing. (even when you are in the support).
- Aim to score and not because you are free.
Task 4:
- All players stand around the basket and start playing.
- Cross every time after passing. (play with 3 attackers).
- Get ready to score.
Task 5:
- Play with support, but it is filled in by someone else after each pass.
- Round 1:
- Blue passes to red, blue sprints in for support and gets the ball back.
- Red takes ball. (10 score)
- Round 2:
- Ditto as round 1:
- But red does not take a pass but passes to blue for a short chance. (10 score)
- Ditto as round 1:
- Round 3:
- 1 couple starts already under the basket.
- Blue passes to red, runs towards red for double and then runs long line.
- Rebound steps in front of red so that blue can step inside for a walkthrough.
- Red has taken over the rebound.
- Round 4:
- Blue passes to red, runs towards red for double and then long line at shot distance.
- Red throws to blue for a shot and catches it.
- Round 5:
- Same as round 4: but blue doesn't get a shot, red connects and shoots.
- Blue catches.
- Every 3 players at the basket, 2 attackers and 1 defender:
- The goal is to get 2 free.
- Exercise is finished when:
- There is scored, the defender has the ball, if the ball collides.
- Always turn in the order A - A - V.
- If it is a 4-player game, the defender gets a rest turn before entering as attacker.
- Work with 3 attackers against 2 defenders on 2 poles:
- Attackers may try to score on the two posts (end when a goal is scored, when one of the defenders can intercept the ball)
- Attackers get max 4 passes per chance taken (end when a goal is scored, when one of the defenders can intercept the ball, or when more passes are needed)
- You may only take 1 chance per basket (ends when a goal is scored, when one of the defenders can intercept the ball, when more passes are needed, at 2 misses)
- Player who misses may not attack again if the ball remains in play, so the attackers' overtime is gone.
- The ball is played to a moving lady at about 4 meters.
- The person passing on determines whether the ball is placed to the left or to the right of the lady.
- The passing must be tight and at eye level of the shooter. score 10x pp
- Next, a defender comes to stand in front of the take-off lady.
- Now you see that, if you do not keep the ball up, it will be difficult for the receiver to see it
- So if you hold the ball up high, she can see which way you are going to pass and can therefore react properly
- If she does not get free, check the position of the defender, make sure you are playable and the person taking the ball steps outagain
- Again with the defender, but now you pretend to throw.
- For the receiver, this is the signal that she must come for the breakthrough. score 10x pp
- Players learn not to throw a ball to the passer and then wait for the ball to be caught, but to run after it immediately.
- The ball is thrown to the basket.
- Immediately after throwing the ball, run after it to the basket.
- Goal is to be past the line before the ball is caught.
- Then get the ball back and shoot.
- The line makes the assignment concrete.
- Depending on the team, this may or may not be necessary.
- Variation 1:
- The ball starts under the basket, is outplayed and immediately thrown back.
- Variation 2:
- Working with an opponent.
- This opponent does not run with the ball to the basket (because that would not work in an exercise where the breakthrough is the only option), but does ensure that the attacker has to run around something.
Task:
- Who is the first to circle the ball or the player?
Rules:
- Everyone stands in a circle with enough space to throw a ball quickly.
- The ball starts to the right of the child who is going to run.
- The child who is going to run, runs at the same time as throwing the first ball on the outside of the circle.
