Korfball drills
- Half of the group is attacker, blue, and the other half is defender, red.
- The attackers stand on the sideline and the defenders stand about 1 meter in front of them.
- The attackers run forward and try to get past the defender at half speed.
- The defender follows the attacker's every move while running backwards with them.
- Once across, the attackers and defenders switch roles.
Building up to offensive positions to fall back on when creativity fails for a while.
Blue = static starting positions
Setup:
- Pass deep from front field
- Pass laterally into backfield + rebound run in
- Pass deep from backfield + run in support
- Pass passed to incoming support + attacking action by both strikers
- Support plays free striker + runs out into space
- Offloaded striker shoots
Once static has been mastered, move to dynamic. Agreement is that support follows immediately after rebound. The rest can be filled in freely with the variations below:
- Support runs around the block instead of cutting into it.
- Support does not shoot, but plays shadow striker to shoot. 7a.
- Offloaded striker does not shoot, but plays run-out striker to shoot. 7b.
- Played run-out support does not shoot, but shadow striker runs into support and takes over function + attack action strikers and shoot. 8.
- Played run-out support does not shoot, striker runs into support and takes over function + shadow striker connects with run-out support + strikers attack action and shoot. 9.
- ... innumerable variations to think of

Everyone takes 2 penalty throws.
- If you miss, you have to run across the width of the field with the whole team.
- If you miss 2 times, you must run back and forth with the whole team.
- Divide the group into groups of 3.
- Give each group 5 jars in 5 different colors.
- 1 player goes to work -red, 1 player indicates -blue, 1 player coaches -white.
- Player red starts running action from pot to pot in slalom and takes a run-in.
- Player white coaches player red and indicates which jar player red should go back and start again, again in slalom.
- If player red scores from a color pot, player white takes the pot away.
- Exercise continues until every color pot is scored.
- Player 1 stands by the pawn
- Player 2 comes to offer next to player 1 and doubles once
- Player 2 then runs deep
- Player 1 goes after his own ball and makes a handover
- Player 2 takes a through ball
- Exchange after X chances
- Scoring a total of X goals
- There are 4 pawns in a square well around the basket.
- There is already someone imaginary standing as a rebound, so there are 3 men in the front field at a pawn.
- The players must always connect so that there is someone playable on 2 sides.
- After 3/4 passes someone is sent deep and the 3rd person comes in front of the rebound and a through ball is taken.
- Player 1 keeps moving in the meantime and gets the ball to shoot.
- Players stand in a large circle.
- The ball must always be passed to the neighbor.
- The direction of passing can be clockwise or counterclockwise.
- More and more balls are added.
- When the ball hits the ground, players must walk to the edge of the field and back again before being allowed to continue.
- The ball must be thrown with the left hand to the left and with the right hand to the right.
- If it is too easy, one-handed catching is possible if necessary.
Attacker uses feints to get past the defender.
- There are 6 players between the pawns.
- There must be 1 hole per row of pawns.
- The other players try to use feints to find the hole.
- The defenders may only defend widthwise and try to tap the attackers.
- If you get tapped, you have to start over.
- If the attackers reach the other side, they get 1 point.
- After 5 points, the game is switched.
- The game can be made easier by adding fewer defenders.
- Player 1 is the declarer, player 2 is the outlier.
- Player 1 stands with the ball under the post.
- Player 2 first makes a dodge ball to the left or right.
- Player 2 gets played the ball and takes over on the other hand.
- Then player 2 throws the ball back to player 1.
- Player 2 then makes another dodge ball and shoots the ball.
- Players first try to score 5 times from the left and 5 times from the right.
