- The striker who shot retrieves the ball and joins the line to slalom
- The next player can start when the player in front of him/her is at the 4th pawn; halfway through the slalom
- There are 2 players at the pawn in the rush to follow each other faster
- The pawn in the vanguard stands approximately at the 16 meter mark
This Exercise can be performed on both sides:

- S2 spins out and does double pass to S3 who asks for ball with pre-action.
- S3 takes ball and does slalom with turn on each side and passes with ball to back pot.
- All balls are next to the goal with the trainer.
- The trainer plays the balls to the players.
- The goal is to score. The player who scores stays in the game, while the player who misses or the goalie who stops the ball is out of the game.
- The team with 1 or more players remaining last wins.
- The player who has been goalkeeping makes sure the balls are returned to the coach until players are finished. After that, those players take over.
In groups A through D, players must shoot the ball in front of the 16-yard line. Beyond is off. For groups E through J, the line is halfway between the 5-meter area and the 16-meter line.
- One group starts with goalkeeping, in this case red.
- The trainer plays the ball in and the player from blue runs in and shoots directly at the goal. Don't assume first, then you're off.
- If he hits, he goes goalie and rejoins his group. If he misses, he goes to goal and then collects balls.
- When a player has shot at goal, hit or miss, the next ball from the opponent goes to goalkeeper.
Goal of the exercise is to:
- Pass the ball into the boxes
- Score as many points as possible
- The opposing team's ball may be moved to another box by passing against it with the ball.
- In the youngest groups the distance from the green pawn to the scoring boxes is 5 meters, in the oldest groups it is 8 meters.
- The scoring boxes are 1 meter long and 3 meters wide.
- Player gets the ball from trainer and kicks the cone on the left.
- Player gets the ball from trainer and kicks the cone on the right.
- Player gets the ball from trainer -> does a technique move and kicks from distance, cutting hard at goal.
- Player 1 passes a long ball to player 2
- Player 2 plays in player 3
- Player 3 plays in player 4
- Player 1 lays ready for player 3
- The exercise starts with player A playing the ball in to the inquiring player B.
- Player B takes the ball and deposits it for the incoming player A, then offers himself to player C.
- Player A passes the ball to the inquiring player C, who in turn plays the ball in to the incoming player B.
- Once he passes the ball, he starts a run outside and goes to offer himself to player D.
- Player B takes the ball and passes it to the inquiring player D.
- Once player B has passed the ball, he starts a running action and offers himself in front of goal.
- Player D receives the ball and passes it back to the incoming player C.
- As soon as the ball is passed back, player D starts a run outside.
- There he receives the deep ball from player C and plays it into the run of the incoming player B.
- Player B finishes on goal.
- Blue passes to red and then calls out where she/he wants the ball; left or right?
- Red passes and blue finishes.
- The goalkeeper passes to a player from red
- Then 2v2 starts
- Whoever scores first wins
- Players play a match of, say, here 8 against 8.
- When a goal is scored, they may take a jar from behind the goal and put it by their own jar.
- When all pots at a goal are gone, it is finished.
- Blue slaloms through the pots.
- Blue passes the ball to red.
- Red runs to the farthest pot and then turns to the back.
- Red passes to white, who by now have already run to the middle.
