- Player in red plays a long ball to the goalkeeper

- Notice:
- With player 2 2 players in line.
- Player 1 plays player 2.
- Player 2 turns and passes to wing player 3 right in front.

- Player 1 to player 2, player 2 to player 3.

- Retrieve the ball quickly and join player 1 at the back.
- With 9 - 10 players this exercise is so good.
- If you have 12 or more players, use the following variation.
- These three points are then a replacement of point 1.
- Player 7 passes the ball to player 1(or 6).
- Player 1(0f 6) rebounds the ball diagonally and walks to the pawn of player 2(or 5).
- Player 7 runs into the ball and plays the ball to player 2(or 5).
- Ordinary rules of the game (match alike)
- Check that what has been learnt is understood and applied in a game
- Scoring in the small goal must be done with the foot. = 1 point
- Scoring in the big goal with the head = 2 points

- Player passes the ball to the striker.

- After conquering the ball, the defenders can try to score in a small goal

- When the ball goes out of the field, it is kicked back in where it went out.
