Soccer drills
- Players divide among the cones
- Blue passes the ball to red and joins red
- Red passes the ball back to blue and jumps over the fences and then joins blue
Variation:
- Players pass the ball low

Match with at one end:
- Two small goals
So the team with the 2 goals will have to defend well.

- They then walk to the left jar
- Finally they walk to the middle potty
- Then they join the right group
- They pass straight through but slide across diagonally.
- When sliding through after the pass comes a warm-up exercise.
- At each potty there are 4 players.
- On signal the 1st of each group leave.
- And do an exercise between the pots and join on the other side.
- This 2x so that you end at the starting position.

Rules:

- Speed does not play a role, coordination and body control do.
- After last cone walk back with ball on foot.

- Distances 5 meters between A and B, 8 meters between both B's.
