  • 2 players face each other
  • One is the sender the other the receiver
  • The receiver receives and rebounds
  • The receiver dribbles sideways several meters without the ball
  • The receiver receives the ball again
  • The receiver dribbles back without the ball

  • The exercise starts with player A playing the ball in to the inquiring player B.
  • Player B takes the ball and deposits it for the incoming player A, then offers himself to player C.
  • Player A passes the ball to the inquiring player C, who in turn plays the ball in to the incoming player B.
  • Once he passes the ball, he starts a run outside and goes to offer himself to player D.
  • Player B takes the ball and passes it to the inquiring player D.
  • Once player B has passed the ball, he starts a running action and offers himself in front of goal.
  • Player D receives the ball and passes it back to the incoming player C.
  • As soon as the ball is passed back, player D starts a run outside.
  • There he receives the deep ball from player C and plays it into the run of the incoming player B.
  • Player B finishes on goal.

  • Red square 16 meters wide 15 meters long.
  • Blue pawn back line in middle then 5 meters inside other 5 meters again.

Explanation:

    • A plays into B
    • B drops ball on C
    • C plays into D
    • D takes the ball in the movement

  • Running lines: A becomes B, B becomes C etc.
  • Points of attention:
    • Tight balls by hitting the ball in heart body slightly over the ball
    • B should drop the ball on C slightly to the outside so that there is a free pass line to D
    • D's assumption in the movement and pass to E must become a fluid movement so that you can perform the action in 2 touches
    • NOTE THAT THE BALL AT POINT A IS PLAYED ONLY AT THE MOMENT WHEN EVERYONE IS IN PLACE. So that point A has to wait for a while that every round is in front of them and concentration remains.
