- base line posture - net
- Long jump followed by a high jump
- The players start in 1 corner of the field (mini-tennis) and try to play volley with each other to the other side and back.
- How many times can they go up and down?
- The player across the field starts in the middle of the field (baseline) and gets a low ball thrown in
- Requires the first ball slice to be played straight ahead.

- Start single line FH/BH (opposite line to first ball)
- Play out
- Can you score with volley? = 3 points

- They get a baby ball (purple ball) and they have to hit the ball into the hoop each time.
- If the opponents can't take the ball anymore =2x bounces = point.
- Pass to each other
- Do not disturb
- So the players are constantly walking around their hoop, in order to make different angles for the opponent
- 1 - 1 start = afterwards 2 vs 2
- First play the ball up to yourself - then try to score ( 1 player -1 player)
- Receiving the ball from opponents - play up (pass to team-mate) team-mate must play in the hoop ( 2-2 players)
- The player zigzags face to face to the net as fast as possible; between the cones.
- The next player may leave if the player in front of him is in half.
- The trainer throws a ball forward
- The player must at the end of his series after one collision replay this ball with FH --> then BH.
Variants:
- Hopping LF / RF
- Circle around each cone
- 2 feet jumping over the cones
- Same in BH - throw the other side and start.
- The players start behind the first cone, pilon,...
- The players move as fast as possible to the next pot (split-step) and back to the starting cone.
- Always move one cone further.
Attention to cross-over first step
- Can play with racket in hand and FH and BH at each cone + split at the starting cone (with racket)
- The players will face each other in pairs from the circle area.
- That circle area is delimited with strips or cones or pots.
- The trainer gives a start signal and then they try to tap each other.
- They may only move around the area by sideways movement (tag axes)
