Tennis drills for technique forehand
Closing the lesson: doubling
- Four balls are indicated at random.
- There is a pot on each side of the court.
- If a Forehand is played, the Forehand pot must be tapped.
- If a Backhand is played, the Backhand pot must be tapped.
The children themselves play the ball up underhand or overhand and try to rally straight through the amount indicated on the game cards.
- A 4 is four passes
- A picture (jack, queen and king) counts for 5
- An ace is for 2
- A joker is a lucky card, they just have to play on that, as it counts for 1. It must be in, of course.
- There are 4 balls randomly indicated on each side of the court is a pot.
- If a Forehand is played then the Forehand pot must be tapped.
- If a Backhand is played then the Backhand pot must be tapped.
There are 4 balls randomly indicated after each ball the student must go around the jar in axe pass from back to front, the 4 jars are lined up back to back in the double lines.
- There are 4 balls randomly indicated on each side of the field is a pot.
- If an FH is played then the FH pot must be tapped.
- If a BH is played then the BH pot must be tapped.
- 2 balls are played at random.

- The ball is brought into play with a (forehand) service.
- The students play with forehands at each other, where the height (under a magic cord) and depth (newspaper) is controlled.
- Every time the newspaper is hit, you get a point.
- Who has the most points after X time?
- The teacher's example shows balance ('standing firmly') and the shape of a 'quiet swing'.
- Extra assignment there are three different newspapers for the students. (left-middle-right)
- The player zigzags face to face to the net as fast as possible; between the cones.
- The next player may leave if the player in front of him is in half.

- The player must at the end of his series after one collision replay this ball with FH --> then BH.
Variants:
- Hopping LF / RF
- Circle around each cone
- 2 feet jumping over the cones
- Same in BH - throw the other side and start.
