The children spread out across the tennis court.
  • When the trainer says start the children begin walking/running/etc. through the court.
  • When the trainer says a "stop" word, the children look for a hat as quickly as possible.
  • While the children are running around, the trainer can also call another variation of movement such as hopping, stepping sideways, etc.
  • At each round, remove a hat so that someone goes off.
  • The one who is off does 5 jumping jacks and then join in again.
Put the players in a row next to each other.
About 1 meter in front of them on the ground is a tennis ball.

  • Have them put their feet slightly apart.
  • Quickly run -dribble- in place.

  • Trainer leads the way and players follow in a string.
  • Trainer makes turns like a snake and players follow.
  • After a minute a movement is added. Then the walking becomes, for example, hopscotching or they wave their arms around while walking.
  • Then the trainer calls a player's name and that player then leads the way and determines the running direction.
