Volleyball drills
- Place a table between the net and the 3-meter line with a mat on top.
- 1 player takes place behind the table
- Row players on the other side of the net.
- Players throw OH over the net onto the table/mat. Can the player at the table catch the ball after 1 bots then 1 point may be put.
- Who gets 25 points first?
Expansion :
- Throwing up and over keys.
- Save underhand.
- Save BH.
- Row in front of trainer behind three-meter line, trainer at net.
- Player keys the ball, trainer plays/throws it back.
- Then player passes OH to trainer.
- Trainer passes to 2nd player keys the ball over the net.
- Player retrieves ball and joins other group.
- Make 2 teams.
- Each team stands ready on one side of the field on the back line.
- Put as many balls as players on both the 3-meter lines.
- When the trainer/trainer calls GO!, everyone starts rolling the balls to the other side.
- Whoever has the fewest balls in their field after 3 minutes has won.
With threesomes or twosomes with trainer.
- Player 1 plays ball BH over the net. 2 other players on opposite side: 1 in back defending and 1 set-up. Defender plays over the net to player 1.
- Note: setup along the net. Turn in!
- Variation 1: 2-team starts in the back and runs forward. The player who does not pass gives set-up.
Variation 2: 2-team starts in the middle and runs to the back. The player who does not pass gives set-up.- Try to play through.
- Player with ball carrier plays 1 ball per duo over net.
- Duo tries to defend and make point.
- 3 servers on one side of the net.
- 2 rows of the remaining players.
- From both rows 1 into the court. So a total of 2.
- Servers take turns serving.
- 2 players in the court pass the ball to the other player, who set the ball, 3rd ball over it.
- Trainer rolls balls to a corner of the field.
- Player runs as fast as possible to the ball and touches it.
- Moment of touching, is start rolling next ball to the other corner.
- If a player is late, he must try to still touch the ball with a dive.
- Pairs with one ball.
- A plays overhand left next to B.
- B move and plays underarms back to A.
- Now the same to the right.
- Play about 1.5 meters next to the person.
- After 10 changes
Goal: move and turn in.
- Purpose of the exercise:
- To focus, communicate, master the task and persevere.
- At "A" and above, with fewer people on the field for more intensity.
- Explanation of the exercise:
- 'Chaos Easy' starts as a warm-up, but ends as a true battle.
- The players are placed in the field (it doesn't matter where).
- The ball is caught and immediately thrown over the net (one play).
- As the player catches, he throws the ball. .
- The players on the team are turned over one spot.
- It is striking how difficult it is to score.
- When someone throws wrong (in net or out), they have to sprint around the opponent's field.
- Duration of the exercise:
- 5-10 minutes.

- Player 1 stands on the backline of the court and player 2 stands on a random spot on the other side of the net.

- Player 2 is not allowed to step aside. If player 1 serves underarm into the hands of player 2 he gets 1 point.
- Overhand? --> 2 points.
- Change after 10 balls.
- The team with the most points wins.

- Player runs as fast as possible and tries to catch
- Run back around the outside
- Per person 2 balls
- One ball between the legs/under the arm, other in two hands on a side of choice, throw ball straight up and catch with two hands
- When the ball is up on one side, throw the other ball up on the other side.
- Keep arms straight, throw as much as possible straight up
- Pairs 2 balls.
- One person throws a ball straight to the other person
- Meanwhile the other person throws his ball straight up and throws it back.
- Then catch your own ball
