Warming up with ball
- Chasing the ball
- Only when passing the ball around the cone
- Start with throwing in slowly
- Then intensive keying in
- 5 minutes
- Practice on quick movement and stationary play.
- 5 declarers red and 1 blue working player.
Starting position:
- 5 people with ball
- 1 player on both sides of the field at the back
- 1 player on 2
- 1 player on 3
- 1 player on 4
- Working player next to position 4 in block position
Exercise:
- Working player does block and comes out like free blocker and defends technical attack from position 2
- Ball is thrown in from position 3 to deep on 1. Working player does quick move to take out deep ball.
- Short ball is played deep at position 5.
- Attack from position 4. The working player does displacement to 3 meter line and defends.
- Short deep ball at position 1.
Repetition:
- 3 times intensively.
- After this move on until every player has had their turn.
- A plays bot pass to B by playing it on mat and runs on to cone.
- B defends ball to A position cone and runs to position 2 to attack.
- A plays one control intermediate pass to himself and plays ball to C, who passes to attack to B.
- D is blocker!

Setup:
- 2 storage players
- 1 blocker on 2
- 1 pass
- 2 defenders
Exercise:
- Storage is given to or between the defenders.
- Receptionist joins the pass.
- Non-reception player attacks at 3 or 4.
- The person who took the reception runs to the back and jumps over the hurdle.
Passing: storage player > blocker > reception > storage
- Players divide at positions 1 and 5, on both sides of the court.
- The ball stays in its own court and only goes over the net.
- Play begins with throwing in and then moves to keys and underhand play.
- When the ball is played away, the players move to the cone in the backfield.
- Then they walk around the court and rejoin their own group.
The goal is to look at the block setting and set it properly.

- L gives pass on 2/3 run-in SV and set.
- In base to position 3 and 4.
- Possibly expand to position 2 and 6.
- Divide the group into 3 groups
- 1st group on 1 side of the net on the back line
- 2nd group other side at position 1-5-6
- 3rd group waiting room
EXERCISE:
- 1st group serves 3x on the same group
- 2nd group defends, must be in threes, these balls and attacks. All positions are allowed.

ROTATION
- 1st group --> to the waiting room
- 2nd group --> serve
- 3rd group --> defend/attack
- 1x 3-team on back line 1 side of field
- 1x 3-team on back line other side of field
- 1x 3-squad --> waiting room
- TR --> gives slap on the ball, both 3-talks run to the net and TR throws the ball into the field where the waiting room players are also standing.
- Ball is defended, must be in threes, and then over the net
- This 3-tal passes immediately to the side where the ball was played to as waiting room
- Immediately the waiting room 3-squad enters the field.
- 3-tal other side also plays the ball in threes and over the net, also runs through to the other side chasing the ball to waiting room.

- Ball carrier at the back of the field and the attacker throws the ball to the libero and he passes to the SV.
- This one sets it up to 52 of 12.
- 3 defenders on 1 side defend and try to finish the attack.
- SV takes care of the attacks from the 3 meters.
- After a few balls change positions.
- Everyone stands diagonally on the three-meter line with their shoulder facing the net.
- When the coach calls "yes," everyone quickly deep-sits to the net,
- move back to the three-yard line,
- then to the other side of the three-yard line and
- then back to the net and back to the three-meter line.
Targeting the mat:
- One player stands on each mat.
- First serve straight through,
- then serve diagonally,
- then short serve.
- Whoever has had all the mats first takes over a spot from someone on the mat or switches after an agreed time.
