Basic exercise:
- Trainer throws the ball, player catches the ball and puts it in the cart.
- Then the player goes to the ladder, goes through it, and joins the next line.
Differentiation/Expansion:
- Throw difficult balls (left and right, front and back).
- Play underhand for themselves and catch.
- Two players get ready next to each other and have to call let go.
- A setupper is added who has to catch the underhand ball.
- An attacker is added who has to play the setupper's ball over the net.
- Now they are all holding 1 hoop and the trainer throws the ball high over the net.
- The ball has to go through the hoop before the bounce.
- Bring the ball to the trainer and join the back of the line.
in pairs opposite each other:
- keep 3 balls in the air while only keeping one ball in the hands at the same time.
- keep 4 balls in the air while only keeping one ball in the hands at the same time.
- 3 balls in total, with 1 ball thrown in between and both have 1 ball. Before you catch the ball thrown, you throw one of your own balls up, catch the bal thrown, throw it back, and catch your own ball etc.
- play ball overarm, bounce 1 ball in between via ground.
- play 1 ball overarm, play 1 ball over ground.
- play 1 ball underhand, roll 1 ball with stretched arms over ground.
pay attention in the exercises:
- Pass has to be high, so the player can catch 'overarm'.
- Pass to right, right foot front
- Pass to left, left foot front
- 'Eyes' of the shoulder in playing direction
The exercise:
- trios with 1 ball
- 1 and 2 are next to each other, not too close to the net.
- 3 is opposite 1 in the back of the field.
- 1 throws straight to 3, and 3 throws diagonally to 2
- 2 catches and then throws straight to 3 and 3 throws diagonally to 1.
- so 3 keeps moving

- Right handed: left, right,left
- Left handed: right, left , right
Players sorted on length

pay attention to the run, not the shot
- you jump with your arms!
- you hit with your stomach!
- Bring your hands to the ground from an upright position and keep your legs stretched.
- Take small steps forward with your hands until you cannot go any further..
- Then move your feet towards your hands until you cannot go any further. Take small steps, only using your ankles to walk.
- Repeat these movements a number of times.
- Trainer is in the back of the field with line of players beside him
- Trainer throws the ball in the air and player a comes in, diagonally, and plays the ball to player b at the net, left front.
- Player b catches ball and joined line besides trainer.
- For a large group, make 2 lines beside the trainer and a catcher right forward to keep the tempo up.
Each player has a ball and dribbles (right-left each time) through the hall.

- pay attention to sliding on the belly
- Player at the basket catches and joins the line
- Diver will stand at the basket.
- 2 teams, each team has its own field
- opposite each other with net in between.
- the players will serve against each other
- when a player serves the ball incorrectly (in the net, out of the field etc) he has to lie down on the side of the other team
- player can return when a team member serves the ball on him
- when a whole team is lying down on the ground, the other team has won
- The trainer appoints 1-2 taggers, who have to tag the rest of the players.
- If you have been tagged sit on a knee and raise an arm: the WC.
- You can then free the other players by:
- first, one of the players sits on your knee
- then a player flushes by pulling your arm
- Will the tagger(s) succeed in tagging all players?
