Volleyball drills
Give each player a ball and stand by the wall.
- Stand 30-40 cm from the wall.
- Ball in key position above head.
- Only fingers push ball against wall and catch back in hands.
- Elbows stand firm and hands remain, otherwise ball in face.
- Have players stand a little further, about 1 meter.
- Throw ball up and keys against the wall.
- Now do extend elbows and knees, make yourself big!
- Catch the ball back.
- Now try to key on the concrete beam. So push high.
- Trying to key through.
Those who can do this technique well may then play over the net.
- Ball for themselves collide on the ground and then key over the net.
- Back through the other side of the ribbon.
- We form two rows at the back line.
- We take 1 ball per 2 players.
- Players alternate playing to each other! The last one tries to score the ball in the basket.
- You can possibly make these more difficult by placing the basket past the net so they have to go under here.

- The groups play a game against each other where they dribble to the other side.
- Across the street are the memory cards.
- If you find 2 of the same cards, have them turned over.
- If the cards are not the same, turn them over again.
- The goal is to find all the pairs as quickly as possible.
- Everyone stands diagonally on the three-meter line with their shoulder facing the net.
- When the coach calls "yes," everyone quickly deep-sits to the net,
- move back to the three-yard line,
- then to the other side of the three-yard line and
- then back to the net and back to the three-meter line.
- With ball along one side.

- Then make it a little harder by playing pass straight.

- First slalom around cones
- Then 2 x blocks at the net
- Take ball in cart and walk to 2 cones
- Throw the ball in the trampoline and catch it
- Ball back in the cart
- Jump over the fences
- Throw the die and the number x6 number of jumping ropes
- To the net and then throw the ball overhand over the block system
- Person in front catches it
Players face each other on opposite sides of the net. Each player has a ball.
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands and catch each other's ball
- Match: each player throws over the net 10 times! Which pair is the fastest?
- Player a. chooses from rolling under the net or throwing over. Player b. must do the opposite. Choose and switch 5 times each
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands and now catch each other's ball in key position overhead.
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands - now key each other's ball vertically above the head and now catch in key position above the head.
- 2 groups of players
- First player starts with tennis ball and puts it in first hat.
- Second player starts without tennis ball, walks to first hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on second hat.
- Third player starts without tennis ball, walks to second hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on the third hat.
- When the ball is on the last hat, the next player starts back with a tennis ball and places it on the first hat.
- The game ends when all balls are on the hats.
- Pairs are made.
- Each pair tries to play over for as long as possible without the ball hitting the ground.
- After a few minutes, the pairs become 4-pairs.
- The 4-pairs again start playing over without allowing the ball to fall to the ground.
- If the step from 2 to 4 is too big, this can also be done first in 3-pairs.
Players stand facing each other about 1 meter with a ball in between on the ground.

BAL: back players run around and then crawl through their game partner's legs to take the ball.
