A large, thick mat in the middle of the field.

Surrounded by obstacles to hide behind.

A number of kids is on the mat and have to try to throw the other kids off the mat with the balls.

The other children have to try to get completely around the field before they can hand in, for example, a dot or a ring as a point.

Requirements:

Balls, thick mat, obstacles such as chest or carts, and dots or hats to be used as points.

Basic exercise:

  • Trainer throws the ball, player catches the ball and puts it in the cart.
  • Then the player goes to the ladder, goes through it, and joins the next line.

Differentiation/Expansion:

  2. Play underhand for themselves and catch.
  3. Two players get ready next to each other and have to call let go.
  4. A setupper is added who has to catch the underhand ball.
  5. An attacker is added who has to play the setupper's ball over the net.

  • Make trios
  • Each trio has a ball.
  • Player in the middle keeps running an 8. Every time this player comes in the middle, a ball is thrown:
    • A throws (or plays overarm) the ball to B (in the middle)
    • B throws the ball underhand back to A and then runs around A until he is back in the middle.
    • Meanwhile, A plays the ball to C
    • C returns the ball overarm to B.
    • B plays the ball underhand back to C and then runs around C until he is back in the middle.
    • Enz.
  • after 2-3 minutes the player in the middle is changed.

Variation:

  • To make it simpler, player A and C can throw instead of playing overarm. Could be underhand throwing/catching or overarm throwing/catching.
  • To practice standing still when playing/throwing, player B can throw and catch underhand.

Make 2 or 3 lines on the end line.
Goal: service has to be correct!!

  • The first of each line serves the ball and picks it up again.
  • The next can only serve when tapped.
  • If the ball is served into the net, the ball has to be picked up and served again.

Which line has a 100% service score???

  • 9 hoops in a square  (3x3)
  • 2 groups of 3
  • everybody a vest/cloth
  • every team their own color
  • first 2 of each group sprint to the hoops
  • put their cloth in a hoop
  • run back and tag the next
  • the goal is to get 3 in a row
  • if everybody has done it 1x, no cloths with be left
  • everybody runs one more time, and now you can move a cloth
  • the winner is the one who has 3 in a row the first, OR who is back the first (winning the relay race 2x)
  • It is the  goal is to get 3 in a row
  • 2 teams per game
  • 9 hoops in a square (3x3)
  • every team has 3 ribbons, every team has its own color
  • the first of every team runs to the hoops and puts down ribbon
  • quickly returns and TAGS the next
  • the first player who has no ribbons left (they are in the square) can move a ribbon
  • the first team that has 3 in a row, has won
  • Everybody 1 ball, and hit the wall via the ground.
  • Hit the ball so clamp wrist around the ball.
  • Think about exit and raise both arms in the air.
  • everybody on the line with the ball between the feet
  • keep jumping with the ball between the legs
  • variant 1:
    • jump with 2 legs towards a different line
  • variant 2:
    • take 1 jump forward
    • make half a turn
    • make 1 jump backwards
    • make half a turn, etc
  • variant 3:
    • place cones/hats and have them zigzagging
    • move sideways (face forward)
  • make it a match

  • The players are next to each other on the end line
  • From a defensive position, take a step forward
    • and the upper body is moved forward as low as possible.
    • the stretched leg has to be bent so the body stays low.
    • Meanwhile the arms are stretched, pointed forward.
    • When the buttocks of the player move past the forward foot, the player will fall over, and the arms are placed next to each other on the ground to catch the fall
  • While the hands are on the foot, the back should be hollow, and the body moves a bit further forward.
  • The goal is that the belly touches the ground first.
  • After, the player goes back to the place where he landed, and repeats the exercise, until the net is reached.
  • Usually this takes 2 or 3 dives.
  • 2 pairs 1 ball
  • the one pitches NEXT to the body
  • the other passes
  • Pay attention that the one shoulder goes down and the other shoulder goes up
  • Do make a plank
  • The most service passes are pitched next to the body
  • pairs with 1 ball.
  • Pass with 1 arm and every time a bounce in between.
  • Alternate left and right.
  • Pay attention that they correctly turn their body, as in tennis.
